In the January edition we were thrilled to have Andrew “Carnage” Carney in our corner!
After working with Nic at MMAX Academy for a year, learning the basics of self defence, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing, Andrew decided to take the plunge and entered his first amateur fight at the age of 61!
Andrew raised an astonishing £1,355.00 for The Lexi May Trust, nearly triple his initial £500 target! These funds will help us continue to support children with terminal illness or life limiting conditions in Dorset. But there was more….
Andrew is a Director at Quadrant2Design, the UK’s leading sustainable exhibition stand design and build contractor. They have kindly worked on some graphic design for us and donated new banners and an incredible exhibition stand that we can’t wait to unveil at our annual charity ball!
